Meet Mx. K a.k.a. the Fl’izard (Flavor Wizard)
Our story
Baking has always been a way for me to express my creative side. I adore the flavors and the challenges. I made my first attempt at macarons in 2016. They were a disaster. Ugly? You bet. But delicious? Sure thing. Since then I have made thousands of macarons. I started doing a special flavor every month, just for my family. After a few months, I started gathering interest for macaron orders. In October 2020, Sifted Sweetness was born! After the first year, I decided to take the cakes and cookies I had been making for years for my own kiddos, and make those available to purchase as well. I specialize in unique, delicious flavors (which is how I earned the title: Fl’izard/Flavor Wizard) and decorating with buttercream. My motto is: flavor first!
Finally, in March 2024, we moved into our first ever physical location within Lowe Mill, Arts & Entertainment. After an incredible year of growth, connections, and experience, we have decided not to renew our lease on the studio at Lowe Mill, but instead to focus our efforts on bringing you all the custom sweets and classes you’ve come to love.
